#4 - ABSTRACTIONS - BRIANNA WHITE
For this assignment, I drew upon the great work of Brett Weston. His work is truly beautiful, and his style of photography is very much one I would love to emulate. He focuses mainly on the natural beauty and many western or sandy landscapes. He photographs only in black and white which I believe that it highlights the small details of the landscape or of his subjects. That being said, I tried to highlight more natural abstract subjects in this collection of images, doing my best to highlight the delicate intricacies of these subjects.

I love your nature focus for this assignment! I definitely struggled to find interesting natural subjects near my house but you really nailed it here. I love the dewy flower and how you captured the individual droplets, as well as the intricate curls of the petals. I also really liked the cropped square image; the section you kept looks really nice and creates a satisfying visual balance within the image. Gorgeous pics!!
